The back bone of our system is the solid oak wall mounting rails. These rails can be placed anywhere upon your wall without being attached to studs. Rails can be purchased in the following lengths: 12, 24, 32, and 48″. Rails can also be purchased with either OGEE-CROWN or BULL-NOSE edge stylings. Arms easily slide into the top or bottom of the rails and tighten in place anywhere upon the rail, as well as special attachments such as drawer units and shoe racks. Wall mounting rails require no studs for installation, allowing you to place your rails anywhere upon your wall. Rails can be stained any one of the ten stain choices available. Do not space rails further than 36″ apart from each other.

All of our shelves are constructed with the innovative Airshelves. These shelves can be purchased at any custom size length, width, and thickness. The solid oak sides can be purchased in three different stylings – the solid oak edges provide durability and strength that no other shelf can match. These shelves can also be stained any one of our 10 stains. Airshelves are constructed with oak or maple veneer tops and bottoms that are sanded, stained, sealed, and finished. The core of our Airshelves is made up of solid oak wood ribs that run the length of the Airshelf with a styrofoam core. All of the edges are constructed with solid maple or solid oak wood and can be styled as rounded, beveled, or flat – the solid oak edges allow for extreme durability – where melamine boards chip and crack on the edges over time Airshelves will not. Light Duty Brackets

Light duty brackets are for basic shelf support. Brackets can be purchased in the following lengths: 6″, 8, 10″ 12″, 14, and 16″. Light duty brackets can accomodate 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18″ deep shelves. Light duty brackets are capable of supporting 70 lbs. per arm. All shelf mounting hardware for each bracket is included with purchase. All light duty brackets can be stained free of charge.

 

Heavy Duty Brackets

Heavy duty brackets provide high weight support for heavy duty shelving. Heavy duty brackets can be purchased in the following lengths: 12, 14, 16, and 22″. Heavy duty brackets can accomodate 12, 14, 16, 18, 22, and 24″ deep shelves. Heavy duty brackets are capable of supporting up to 150 lbs. per arm. All shelf mounting hardware for each bracket is included with purchase. All heavy duty brackets can be stained for no added cost.

 

Designer Brackets

Designer brackets are also for basic shelf support just as the light duty brackets the only difference is the style of the arm. Designer brackets can be purchased in the following lengths: 8, 10, and 12″. Designer brackes can accomodate 8, 10, 12, and 14″ deep shelves. Designer brackets are capable of supporting up to 70 lbs. per bracket. All shelf mounting hardware for each bracket is included with purchase. All designer brackets can be stained for no added cost.

Closet Brackets

Closet brackets are used for basic shelf support and clothing rods. Closet brackets can be purchased in 12 and 14″ lengths. Designer brackes can accomodate 12, 14, and 16″ deep shelves along with a steel clothing rod. Closet brackets come in two different models, the CAR-12 closet arm supports both a shelf and clothing rod, and the COR-12 closet arm supports only a clothing rod. Closet brackets are capable of supporting up to 125 lbs. per bracket. All shelf mounting hardware for each bracket is included with purchase. All closet brackets can be stained for no added cost.
