The wall mounting rails can be applied to your wall without the need of studs — allowing you to place your shelving system virtually anywhere upon your wall. The shelving brackets easily slide into the top of or bottom of the rail and tighten in place with an Allen wrench. There are no set increments upon the rails so your brackets can be locked in place at any height upon the rail, allowing you to adjust the height of your shelf anywhere upon the wall mounting rail. All shelf brackets can be stained in anyone of our ten stain choices – as well as unfinished so you can apply any stain you want yourself — you can also make a custom stain order for your system and only have to pay for the price of the stain. Wooden You Shelving’s brackets come in four different styles: light duty brackets, heavy duty brackets, designer brackets, and closet brackets. The light duty brackets support up to 75 lbs. each and have a fitted slot for shelves. Heavy duty arms provide 125 lbs. of weight support and are typically used for pantries, entertainment centers, and computer desks, heavy duty arms have a fitted shelf slot just as the light duty arms do. Designer arms have a distinct design and have no fitted slots for the shelves — designer arms can support up to 65 lbs. per bracket. Closet series brackets come in two different models: the CAR-12 model supports a clothing rod as well as a 12″ deep shelf for closet organizers. The COR-12 closet bracket provides support for clothing rods only.
